Michele Lapenna

Michele received his Masters degree in Social Science from the University of Applied Sciences in Bremen, Germany in 2003. To extend his research into the field of sports athletics fitness, rehabilitation, and injury prevention, Michele interned with the German professional soccer club, S.V. Werder Bremen, the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, and is a rehabilitation trainer certified by the German National Paralympic Committee. Since 2013 Michele is working with the School for Aerobic and Fitness Studies and Bodylife European Trainer Academy. He was an invited speaker for the Turkish Soccer Federation and the professional soccer team Osmanlispor on the topic of sports training, and is currently working as a trainer with the "Oberliga" handball team ATSV Habenhausen, the "Regionalliga" soccer team SV Rehden, and the Bremer Hockey Club (1. and 2. Bundesliga) in Germany. Michele is an expert in athletic preparation, rehabilitation, nutrition and biomechanics. He established his "Lapenna Personal- und Teamtraining" program in 2017.
